TERMINATION

Techouze reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, if Techouze believes that you have violated this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the site and Techouze may revoke your access to the site.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The site and the products offered for sale are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Techouze disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. RETURN POLICY

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be void, unenforceable, or unlawful, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

CHOICE OF LAW

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
