Upon termination, you must cease all use of the site and Techouze may revoke your access to the site.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RETURN POLICY

SEVERABILITY

CHOICE OF LAW

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
